Placement Stability Team Decision Making Training

This training will explain the foundation of Placement Stability Team Decision Making (PSTDM). We will focus on the importance of who comes to our meetings, what outcomes we achieve, and how it impacts youth. During this training we will teach you how to prepare for attending TDM meetings and the purpose of TDM. We will discuss CASA’s role and expectations for both you and EmberHope. This training will also prepare you for attending Initial Team Decision Making meetings with DCF.

Some topics we will discuss are;

• The six stages of TDM (both initial and placement stability)

• The history of TDM

• Who is invited and who should attend
